I was having a difficult time dealing with my home insurance over the past few storms. My roof was leaking, siding coming off and gutters needed replaced. After several other companies contacted, Hayden came out and helped me with that process and had some great advice. After all said and done the house looks brand new on the outside, Hayden and JSOC team did a great job. The clean up was stellar, no debrie laying around the yard, couldnt tell they were ever there. Thought I posted this a while back, but apparently it never went through. Was looking over it after a chance meeting with the owner in the neighborhood. Noticed paint bubbles forming above an exterior doorway after some hard rainstorms in early May. Called JSOC up on a recommendation by my neighbor. I figured it was a roof leak, but the house was only about 2 years old and had never really experienced any significant hail storms. Hayden came by the next day to take a look and immediately found the issue. Turns out, paying inspectors and getting repair agreements prior to purchasing new homes doesn’t always guarantee problems are fixed. Hayden could’ve told me anything and charged me whatever and I probably wouldn’t have known the difference, but he was up front and honest and did a great patch job that has stood up to plenty of rain, wind, and temp changes, with no sign of a leak! When it’s time for a replacement roof, or when I just want to get a better quality roof put on I won’t hesitate to call JSOC! Hayden is kind, honest, efficient, and does solid work! He’s a straight shooter so you’ll know you’re not getting oversold or overcharged!

Hayden with JSOC Roofing really made the entire process effortless. He worked with the insurance company and got the job done quickly. His crew showed up early on a Saturday and completed an entire roof replacement including re-decking that day. The new roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

Great service. Worked with us through the process of gaining payment for the full cost, even though we were offered to pay monthly instead. No one else was willing to come give, or finish their quote unless insurance was covering. Multiple roofers/companies wasted our time except JSOC.
