I called in for an emergency visit at 7 pm and was able to get treatment just 30 minutes later—even though I wasn’t an existing patient! The care was professional and relieved my pain right away. Everyone at the clinic was kind, attentive, and very helpful. I honestly didn’t expect to be seen that same day, especially after trying a few other places first, but Belmont Dental Group quickly took my request and arranged the visit. The reason why I love this Dentist is because their friendly atmosphere. go into a dentist is always one of my worst fears, but they make you feel so comfortable and relax and they do a great job cleaning your teeth feels fresh and clean. They’re communications is a plus. and also I love the little gift bags. I think it’s important. It’s a nice gesture to take home .

I had a pretty terrible first experience with Belmont Dental Group. 1. I am not happy with my hygienist, Raycka. She is the probably most brutal and careless hygienist I have ever had. She gave me anesthesia in a way that was extremely painful, causing me to spasm, I tried to stop her but she didn't, and just kept pushing the needle deeper. The next day, my gums were so sore I had a fever for two days. That was a complete nightmare experience. 2. About the billing, when I scheduled my appointment for a deep cleaning, they told me I was in-network and quoted me slightly above $200. After the treatment, they billed me $1,000 and claimed I was out-of-network. I checked with my provider and confirmed that the dental group was aware of this but chose to gloss over the fact to get more money from patients. There is a clear lack of transparency and integrity of this dental, and I would strongly caution others to be careful when seeking treatment here.
