This place has helped us so much with 2 children ages 9 and 10. They are very supportive. Constant communication and really support the family dynamics. Not only do they focus on the child but the family as well. We hit a rough patch and they were extra supportive with accommodations for visits with our child. Mitch is always great to talk too and really informative on our child’s care. Toni in admissions has been amazing and really taken care of us. We can not say enough good things about Stephanie our child’s therapist. She is the absolute best and really puts her heart into the children. The cottage staff and manager are just as amazing. Amber is always super helpful anytime we have spoken to her. Mr. Chris and Ms. Bianca really go out of there way for our child that is currently there and even help us in crisis moments with our other child that was previously there. We have not met anyone that we do not like. When we have picked up from the school, everyone is so informative on the progress our child is making. We have had experience in other residential treatment centers and this is by far the best choice we have experienced yet.

They helped me so much. I walked into that place thinking it was just like the rest, it wouldn't change me, it couldn't help me ,ect, but this place was different it put together all the broken pieces of me and built me back up into a new better person. The staff the are also very caring and kind, most staff care about you like your they're own child.

My son has been here. Very unorganized no communication even if they happen to be helping these kids you wouldn’t know because the communication is beyond awful. His therapist (Rochelle) has no showed on us three times with countless excuses. The supervisor of the cottage has been ignoring me for two days when I asked her for more communication. They change medication for weeks without telling you and don’t even send it home on passes so you have no clue. My son had a contagious skin infection I had no clue about and they ASKED me to take him on pass without sending home the cream for it. They have all new staff in the cottage every single time we pick him up every couple of weeks. They tell him not to tell me stuff. He told me some graphic things a kid did to another kid and they yelled at him and told them he wasn’t allowed to tell anyone. The list literally goes on. Like communication would clear up a lot of the issues but you will sit in the dark if you send your child here.

I was a former resident T this program 3 different times didn't help me at all the staff got away with whatever they wanted.Allowed children to be assaulted by staff and kiss alike. In my time there I hated it. Your punished for the reasons your placed in their to begin with.I wouldn't let any of my children within a five foot radius of either campus.
