Appointments take months for ongoing work, with minimal priority cases for children too. Friendly staff for most part, but had confusion on work being done. Accepts Status (NIHB) for direct bill.

We are from out of town, visiting family and forgot the elastics. Our family recommended asking Quinte Smiles. The receptionist was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to give us a package of elastics for free! Thank you Tiffany and Dr. Kim!
