I would highly recommend Belle Amour Weddings + Events to anyone considering an event coordinator. Blakeley and her staff were amazing throughout our entire wedding planning season. As the mother of the bride, I felt overwhelmed not long after my daughter became engaged to be married. I reached out to Blakeley hoping she could help or assist me with some of the organization and planning details. Little did I know that hiring Blakeley would be one of the BEST decisions I made for myself and for Abby, the bride. Blakeley and her staff went above and beyond helping us create the wedding of Abby’s dreams! Even though we live 90 miles away in Natchez, MS she accommodated and showed up for us whenever needed. She assisted in the reception set design, the church design, recommending vendors she’s worked with, corresponded with all wedding vendors to be sure everyone was where they should be and on time, she created a “day of” timeline that kept everyone from hair and makeup, to the photographer, to the videographer on time so that no one was rushing and everything flowed seamlessly. The best part of it all is that Abby and I both were able to be “in the moment” on the wedding day. I never corresponded with the florist, band, venue, decorator, etc because Blakeley and her staff were on sight handling every little detail! Thank you Blakely, Alana & Kelley for all that you did to make this a magical day for our family!! We will forever be indebted to the excellent service you provided!!

Where do I even begin to express our gratitude for the incredible work done by Blakeley and her team? From the moment we enlisted her services, we knew we were in good hands, but little did we know just how indispensable she would become. She went above and beyond in every way. She attended our rehearsal, ensuring that everything would run smoothly and according to plan day of. She assisted in transporting items to and from Baton Rouge and New Orleans. On the day of the wedding, she seamlessly blended into the background, orchestrating every aspect of the event with subtlety and expertise. From the biggest tasks to the tiniest of details, she managed it all effortlessly, allowing my husband and me, along with our families and wedding party, to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She took any stress that I could have had away. we didn't have to worry about anything other than celebrating with our loved ones.
