We recently purchased a pram bundle, cot and changing table/chest of drawers from here. We had gone into store a couple of times before committing to the pram and furniture on the third visit. On all of the occasions we have visited the store, every single member of staff we have had contact with have been so knowledgable and helpful. The prices, I found, are very competitive to other stockists of the products. The furniture has been delivered this week and the guy who delivered it was also very warm and polite. We were expertly advised on both the suitable pram for our needs and also the car seat. They also fitted the car seat which was a great help, as well as showing us how to change it. All staff were so helpful, but especially Rukhsana, who talked us through lots of different pram options in depth and then demonstrated how the one we wanted worked in detail. Such a lovely experience buying a pram from here. They stored it too until I was ready to collect! Great service.
