Bogdan T was amazing!! The service he provided for my mom when we had an issue with our furnace a week before Christmas. He was kind, polite, funny and truly a pleasure to work with. He found the problem and took his time to explain the issue we had to me and my mom, he also pointed out other things we should monitor and look out for in the new few months. His warmth, patience, and hospitality is a rare thing to experience in a society that has focused more on securing a sale than the overall customer experience amd service. You can do both, and Bogdan did. Bogdan was an excellent technician and someone we requested to be the only person we work with at TR Miller Heating, Cooking, and Plumbing in the future. If you want someone to come in, get out, push a sale, and hand you a bill. Then go to someone else. If you want to have someone explain what the issue is and see you as a person, then go with Bogdan T. at TR Miller.

Nick and Aiden did an exceptional job with installing my new furnace and AC units! They were very diligent and attentive with the installation, and they explained the new system to my wife and me in great detail. They even cleaned up the leftover mess and removed our old units as well. I’m ecstatic that we went with TR Miller for this project!
