BigSmokeGreat selection of mattresses, beds and accessories in very good prices for every pocket. Place is huge and they probably have most types of mattresses if not all. Lots of helpful staff we received really good advice. Sales man showed us around and then left us so we could discuss and try mattresses for as long as we can, checking on us now and then without any pressure. Delivery was quick and as promised (3 days). We had our old mattress removed by them as well (for extra cost). We had great experience not sure where all bad reviews are coming from.
LauAbsolutely shocking experience I’ve ever had to deal with! Bought a bed and mattress total £1500, was told 10 days which turned into 5 weeks! The nectar mattress I chose because my back is destroyed never even arrived and 3 weeks later I was given a hibernation dream 3000, I had to accept it to go on the floor as the bed frame was still another 10 days away and sleeping on the couch was making me worse! Now the new mattress doesn’t come with the lifetime guarantee I was promised; it’s that heavy it takes me and my eldest child to lift it weekly so I can put new sheets on! It’s 7cm higher than what I ordered and none of my bedding fits, I sent in photos and they’re just not interested! No after care at all, mind you no before care really either! I will never buy from here again when in the past I’ve always bought from here! I’ve got 4 kids so will always be needing bed upgrades etc! Would rather spend my money elsewhere now, will definitely be telling all my friends on social media and beyond to steer clear

David LovellWent here today for a new king-size mattress, Nina took excellent care of us extremly knowledgeable showing us the range most suitable, found prices good with a good selection to choose from, parking no problem, delivery for our make of mattress is expected in 4 weeks which is a little disappointing but otherwise very pleased.
