Just happened to drop family at the airport and saw this store and decided to stop and pick up some Indian groceries my sister wanted Was a good decision! The store is clean with amazing deals and the best customer service that I’ve ever received at a grocery store. From the point of entry we were greeted by Mr. M Singh (I hope I got the name right) who warmly welcomed us and asked to reach out if we couldn’t find anything. My sister who was missing g shopping at ‘Big Bazaar’ went nuts shopping here! We were assisted by friendly and helpful staff throughout the nearly 2 hours and 100’s of dollars later, as the deals were too good to miss out on! They matched prices as well as gave us discounts if we bought multiples! On the whole it was a very good experience and u would travel from Richmond and Coquitlam anytime just to enjoy and get deals as groceries have become so expensive and this store had amazing prices and all the products and brands we needed. I’d like to thank Mr Singh, Khushi, Preeti and Maninder for their excellent customer service. We will definitely be back! 🤗 👍👍

I had a very disturbing experience at this store involving the owner with a turban and beard. While I was shopping with my sister, this man kept staring at her in a very perverted and inappropriate way. It was uncomfortable, obvious, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, his attitude was extremely nasty—rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. No one should have to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in a store, and behavior like this should never be tolerated. Management needs to take this kind of situation seriously to ensure customers feel respected and safe.

It has everything a newcomer and current Indian in Surrey needs. It is a great huge warehouse and has everything from wholesale big pans and pots and spices and snacks and fresh veg. It even has firecrackers and festival related decorations. A MUST VISIT!

I bought vadi lal ice cream in butter scotch flavour, it’s giving raw powder like structure while eating and different in taste. I went back next day to return and they didn’t do anything, no return, no refund, completely wastage of money and their behaviour is also rude, no customer service skills.
