I am always impressed with the people who help in the service department. The woman who greeted me and then the guy who managed my appointment from beginning to end. Then there was the technician who worked on my CRV and gave me such a thorough review of the work done - including the new video showing the parts of the car and what work was done where. Very impressive! When I picked my car up I was given the details of the charges and a surprise of the total as I received a discount for being a loyal customer. The final touch of excellence was getting into my car that had just been washed. I love this place!!

Beaverton Honda has always great service at reasonable prices. We have always been happy taking our cars there and were very satisfied on our recent visit. My only complaint is that they like many other dealerships now charge a 3% surcharge if pay with credit card and you don’t use cash or debit. I understand that the card companies charge them a fee but with the increasing cost of repairs many people don’t have a choice but to pay on card and very few other businesses seem to follow this practice.

We have been going to Beaverton Honda since 2015 for routine maintenance. Most recently our Odyssey had a problem with shuddering at low speeds, and up hills. Diagnosing costs are $95 and takes up to 6 hours. They were running a little behind schedule and we had to make a separate appt the following week to get a transmission flush and some software update. So far seems to have solved the problem. We appreciate the friendly staff, we had Van as our advisor this time, but have had good experience with others as well. The complimentary cookies help with waiting. The one thing new is that they will now charge 3 percent for credit card use fees. No extra if you pay with debit or check or cash. In general going to the dealer is more expensive but you do get the reassurance that your car is getting the care it needs. They also have a rewards program so if you spend a certain amount over time can accumulate into some savings on future visits. Another perk is the car wash at the end!

Generally good. I would say, though that the comparison between the little video I got and the customer service guy that talk to me was different. He said not to worry about the filters until next time. The technician seemed to think that it was time to clean them. I think I would’ve Had them cleaned them if I thought they were necessary. Just seemed like mixed messages to me.
