Very disappointed with the full set I received. I went in for a simple French tip set. The lady insisted on using white nails for my tips… fine… She then used a pink powder to do the overlay. I told her the pink powder is making the white tips look pink. She tried to tell me “it’s the new trend.” Literally everything I pointed out that I didn’t like she had an excuse for. Not attentive, doesn’t care if the customer is satisfied and insists to do her own thing. I will not be back and I do not recommend. I’ll just wait for them to grow out and try a different nail salon.

Please don’t go , it’s not just the money but the time that is going to be wasted. No mail shaping, no proper nail painting , not even good manicure, just rushing even there were no appointments ahead or line ups. I did read reviews before I went which were saying rushing, too fast, unhygienic however still want to give it a try because my regular salon was closed. Anyways!! I still hope they can read few reviews and get better.

This was probably the worst nail salon experience I have had. Overall it seemed pretty unclean, but I had limited time so I stayed for my pedicure. The nail tech was quite rough and made a few comments about my toes/feet that were not kind. I paid extra for a shellac pedicure, this was around 4:00pm. By noon the following day one of my nails has already chipped. I’ve gotten shellac pedicures many times over the years and I’ve never had this happen. Definitely would not recommend this place.

While my nails do look really nice, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I came in simply asking for a french polish change something I've had done many times at other salons for no more than $45. To my surprise, I was charged $80 for this service! The lady suggested using bio gel because my nails were weak. Although I was hesitant, I was convinced to go along with it, so I did. She also insisted on applying tips to my four broken nails, even though I specifically said no, I didn’t want them and preferred just trimming them short. She kept insisting and offered to do it just this once, so I agreed, thinking she was doing me a favor. The tips were only applied to those four nails, but I really wish she’d informed me about the pricing beforehand, especially since I had come in only requesting a simple French polish change. I never imagined the final bill would be $80! I’m extremely disappointed, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the lack of transparency.
