Her Med Spa. Very pretty location. Well accepted. Good Customer Service. They have great special on the Facebook so keep an eye on them. Got a facial and massage for my daughter for a sweet price of 100. The downfalls: A bit hidden. You’ll miss it by driving by and not seeing the sign. The Spa is in the middle of the buildings and hidden. Had to ask someone for assistance to take me and find it. And limited parking. 🤘🏼 Will update on the service soon with massage and facial.

All of the girls at Her Med Spa are so sweet and welcoming! Everyone is super nice and friendly, and they make you feel comfortable the second you walk in. The spa is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a luxe, pampering atmosphere—it feels like a high-end escape. You can tell they truly care about their clients and love what they do. Every visit feels like a treat—I always leave feeling refreshed, taken care of, and confident. Highly recommend!

Honestly made me feel so calm and cared for during my massage with Cecila and my brow, lash lift with Jasmine. They both took such good care of me and they both did amazing. First massage and lash lift/ brow lamination I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I absolutely cannot wait to come back!

I am extremely upset with my experience at this Med Spa and feel completely taken advantage of. To give you some background: I had a package with them that included several sessions. On my last session, I was told that if I wasn't actively growing hair at the time, I should skip the appointment and reschedule. I followed this advice and tried to reschedule, but they charged me a fee for doing so. Fine, I paid the fee and rescheduled my appointment. When I showed up for the rescheduled appointment, I explained that I had just had surgery and might have some bruising. The technician then asked if I was on antibiotics, and I told her no, I stopped taking them on the 24th. She then informed me that I needed to be off antibiotics for two weeks before the procedure, which I had no idea about. She claimed that this was in the paperwork I signed when I first started my treatments. Well, that's great, but who reads all the fine print when you're rushing to get in and out of an appointment? This is where things really went downhill. They told me that I couldn't proceed with the appointment because I wasn’t off antibiotics long enough, even though this was never explained to me in previous visits. I’ve had several sessions with them, and not once was this mentioned. On top of that, when I tried to reschedule, they wanted to charge me ANOTHER fee. So now, I’m stuck paying for sessions I’m not getting, plus paying fees to reschedule when the lack of communication and their own mistakes are the real issue here. I am done with this place. I’ve paid for services that I can’t use, and I won’t keep paying unnecessary fees for their mistakes. I've let them know I’m done, and they can keep the remaining balance for my last four sessions. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. It’s a total rip-off.
