Unprofessional, laser treatment not held, ruining the whole process. Left me waiting at the door after sending me an email to cancel an apointment, not even a phon call. Recommended and sold me Retinol when I have rosacea type skin which even a Sephora cosmetician could notice and was afterwards confirmed by a Dermatologist...Would not recommend it at all...

I had a truly amazing experience at Pure Beauty Spa. Georgina is wonderful and a true professional in her field. She took time and care to explain everything to me and customized the experience for me. And Justina does an incredible manicure and also so very wonderful to talk with. I am looking forward to returning to Zurich and visiting Pure Beauty again. Thank you both for the magical moments!
