I had my hair highlighted with Keera at Salon Glam yesterday, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She is always so friendly, welcoming, and sweet. Throughout the process, she made sure to ask enough questions to understand exactly what I wanted, and delivered results beyond my expectations. Keera is patient, professional, and incredibly skilled. She worked carefully and gently with such passion, and my hair has never looked this beautiful while still feeling so healthy. Every visit with her makes me happy because she truly is an angel—her kindness and energy make the whole experience wonderful. I’m so in love with my hair and grateful to have found my favorite hairstylist. I highly recommend Salon Glam for their great products and especially recommend my sweet Keera—highly, highly recommend!

Salon Glam Was a Complete Letdown When I first left the salon, my hair looked fine — not exactly what I wanted, but I tried to trust the process. Within a few days, the colour started turning brassy, orange, and uneven, which should never happen that fast. So I went back, hoping they’d actually fix it. A different stylist toned it, and for about two minutes I thought it might finally look right. But nope. It went right back to the same brassy, orange mess again. Two appointments, same result. At that point it was obvious the issue wasn’t me — it was the work. And let’s be clear: I ONLY used the products they sold me, I wash my hair once a week, and I use heat once a week. I followed every single instruction exactly. There is absolutely no reason the colour should fall apart twice unless something was And the customer service? Brutal. I called multiple times — no answer. They finally called me back ONE time, when I was literally in a meeting. I called back right away and, of course, no one answered. I texted the stylists and got nothing for a week straight, even though they were clearly active on Instagram, posting stories like everything was fine. So they had time to post, but no time to respond to the client? Wild. I’m honestly fed up. I paid good money, I followed their instructions to the letter, and I’m left with hair that looks worse than when I started and a salon that couldn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I wouldn’t recommend Salon Glam to anyone. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own — and they won’t even pretend to care once they’ve taken your money.

I highly recommend glam salon . My hair stylist Michael is super knowledgeable , nice and fun to talk too. Did a great job! I love my hair color and hair style. I was fully satisfied. I will be back for some treatment.

Madison took time to evaluate my hair and listen to my concerns and came up with a plan that I was so happy with .
