While I haven't utilized their services yet, their customer service is incredible. Bryce has come out to two separate properties to inspect the roof. On one occasion for our new home, he inspected our shingles, did research, and got us a hefty discount on our insurance, for a roof he didn't even install. I plan to use them for all my home exterior needs.
