The hotel itself is beautiful with an awesome view and amazing lobby and ballroom. Checking into my reserved room was quick and easy but when i got into the room and used the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't flush. After reporting it, it took them over 7 hours to address the problem and finally change my room. The food in the restaurant for breakfast tasted terrible and was way too expensive given the quality. Overall, i would rate the resort 3.5 stars due to the toilet, low sense of urgency toward customer problems and low food quality vs the overall price charged.

I’ve been to many spas over the years and I’ll admit—I can be a little picky. While I’ve been to other spas with more extensive facilities (steam rooms, larger lounging areas, and refreshments), I have to say the treatments here were absolutely amazing. The space is beautiful without feeling pretentious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dom did my service and I can’t say enough good things—he is incredibly talented, professional, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. He made the entire experience exceptional. Honestly, he deserves a raise. I will definitely be coming back!

The food was good however, the serving sizes are very small, but it still fills you up. The drinks were good mine didn’t have a lot of alcohol for it to be a Mojito. The food took a while. I definitely recommend this place. It’s beautiful. I went in the summer and I wasn’t vacationing. So I didn’t get the full effect. I only went there to eat.

My first time back in a few years. I really enjoyed the resorts atmosphere, the hotel room and service staff!! I was unable to take advantage of the amenities such as pool and hiking...wish i had more time in my schedule to do so. The folks that walked the trails said they were a nice little workout, not that difficult. Bear Creek is in a beautiful setting!! Restaurants are within 20 - 30 minutes...our favorite was Melt at the Promenade in Center Valley...well worth the short drive!! Randalls is very good and i was told Shelby was another fun place that we didn't have time to get to. Lunch at the grill on the resort was great for a quick bite. If you are ever in the area during the summer, take advantage of this hidden gem!!
