Today I had my first appointment and service with Clare and she was so sweet. She made my first experience extremely pleasant and comfortable. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me anything, she was informative, and answered all my questions and concerns. Her patience was unmatched as I asked a few redundant questions; sorry Clare. In any case, I’m coming back in July and I hope she is helping me again. Thank you so much, Clare.

This is my second visit. My first was welcoming and relaxing. This visit I was seen 15 minutes late. Not a big deal normally but I was rushed from start to finish. I believe I’m allotted 15 minutes. I wasn’t even there 10 minutes. I was trying to explain that my brows fell with my first treatment. Again, not a huge deal. It takes a minute to learn what works for the both of us. I was told to cut back units. I said I’ve had more units before and this had never happened. Side note, Ive been getting Botox for 20 years. Happy to try though. I think it was a case of the Monday’s for her. She did confirm. She was opening the door and walking down the hall before I could barely get out of the chair. I don’t mind running late (it happens) but at the same time I don’t want to be rushed to get out because she’s late for the next client. Botox day is a great day but I’m sad to say this day was not.
