Midway of taking the lady hung up the phone. She didn't even answer my question, and the wait time was 45 mins to an hour... would give them 0 stars or -5 stars

I needed some help sorting out some DBA issues and I spoke to a woman at BC Registries who was SOOOOO helpful. She was patient with me and listened well to understand my issue correctly. She kept trying different approaches until we came across the exact solution/information that I needed. Her help made the issues that my bank was creating dissolve completely.
