Brent was responsive and able to troubleshoot the issue with me by phone (along with the use of photos) and attended our home the next day prepared to repair the fixture. Brent was personable and he patiently answered my questions and explained his findings as he completed the repairs. Excellent customer service is very important to us and one of the defining factors when it comes to deciding which company to do business with.
