She takes the time to ensure each treatment is tailored for the most effective results, always keeping your investment in mind. What stands out most is how genuinely caring and attentive she is—she creates a comfortable environment and never rushes the process. Hunny is also very knowledgeable when it comes to skincare, and the advice she’s given me has been spot-on. Can’t say enough great things about BC MEDICAL SPA , I was a student wanting to get into beauty esthetician course and BC MEDICAL SPA is great at customizing great in-depth courses, latest and up to date information on the newest products and lasers. The courses are designed to help you succeed and are available with great flexibility and one on one tutoring. Once you graduate not only do have abundance of knowledge but Mano who is the instructor is a great Mentor that goes above and beyond for his students. It was the most amazing experience learning something new and BC MEDICAL SPA made it an amazing experience!! Thank you

I had an extremely disappointing experience with laser hair removal at this clinic. After 20 sessions and a significant amount of money spent, my arm hair continued to grow just as thick as before. It wasn’t until I switched to a different provider that I finally saw real results, so it’s clear that a hormonal issue wasn’t the problem. The main issue here is the outdated equipment-they use old machines that heat up the entire room and often have to be turned off mid-treatment because they overheat so quickly. Each visit, I was treated by a different technician, most of whom admitted they were students needing experience for school. Their lack of confidence and experience was obvious, and it made me very uncomfortable. The business director, Manouchehr Okhovat, was unprofessional and rude. When I called for assistance, he told me not to call and to only text because he was “boating.” He also frequently shouted instructions from behind the door during treatments. The clinic’s use of the name “Medical Laser” is misleading, and the facilities are cramped and poorly maintained. They seem to run the business by using outdated, second-hand machines and inexperienced student technicians, yet charge premium prices. Overall, I do not recommend this business at all. My results were terrible, and the entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating.
