⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always have such a lovely experience with the Guerlain team at Harrods, Knightsbridge. But I would like to give special thanks to Gauthier from the salon de perfume. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the brand — not just the fragrances, but the skincare too — and he always takes the time to understand what I like. Every recommendation he’s made has been completely spot on. Gauthier has a really warm and welcoming approach and shares his knowledge in a way that feels personal and genuine. You can tell he really cares about giving great service and making sure every visit feels special. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he’s always happy to help. He truly represents Guerlain so well — professional, kind, and passionate about what he does.
