I’m extremely frustrated with BCFSA and their licensing department. When renewing my license, my card was charged twice. I requested a refund, and they told me it would take six weeks which already seemed unreasonable, but I accepted it. Now, four months and over ten emails later, I still haven’t received my refund, and they don’t even bother responding to my emails! How can a “financial institution” fail to process a simple refund that should take seconds, yet drag it out for months? The lack of service and respect from BCFSA is unacceptable! They ignore emails and calls completely!

Very bad experience with the licensing department at BCSFA. They also don't recall call promptly making it not easy for licensee to ask important questions when renewing license or when asking for amendment in licensing application.
