We've had several poor experiences with BC Comfort staff. There a couple friendly, competent technicians, but many of the other technicians are surly and lack any customer service skills. One helpful technician came and fixed the AC cooling issue in our office/building within a couple hours. Another tech came in a few weeks later to fix a different issue and turned off AC to our unit. Asked if he'd have our unit back up and running shortly, his reply was simply, "No! I don't know when it'll be back on," and then walked off. It's now been over two weeks since AC has stopped working for our unit. Their office staff have dismissed this issue as an equipment issue, refusing to send a tech to turn our AC back on. Feedback from other owners in the building are that they've experienced similarly poor service from BC Comfort and its technicians.

My interaction with BC Comfort was wonderful. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient at getting the job done. The person I spoke with to set up the service was friendly. They were accurate on when they said they were going to be at our office to complete the service and not leave me to wonder if they were actually going to come by (like other companies I have dealt with in the past). When the technician notified me that there was a motor to be replaced, they gave me an approximate price for replacement and gave me a date of when they could return to install. Thank you BC Comfort, we are enjoying our heat again!
