This clinic seriously needs to be reviewed by the authorities. The wait times are terrible, patients can sit for two to three hours before anyone helps them. I even saw a woman with a severe nosebleed wait for over an hour, holding a blood-soaked towel, before being treated. The reception staff are unprofessional, spending more time chatting than assisting patients. They also made several mistakes with my paperwork, including using white-out on an official medical document and writing the wrong information for vaccination dates. I had to redo everything because of their errors. I understand that we’re all human and we make mistakes, but when those mistakes involve people’s health or important medical records, anything can happen, and that’s not something to take lightly. If your situation is urgent or you need accurate paperwork, avoid this place. It’s slow, disorganized, and careless. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

This place moves at a snails pace, you are better off going to a hospital than wasting your time here. They take in 2 people every half hour but they fill up quick and they dont care. Ive been sitting here from open and its about to close right now and with how fast they've been going they wont be seeing me till next week. Truly the only way this could have been worse is if someone personally kicked my grandma down the stairs. This place is god awful and i hope nobody needs to come here because you are better off going to the hospital downtown.

I went in around 10am and didn’t get seen until 2 hours later - the wait wasn’t so bad and they were consistently seeing patients every 15 minutes or so. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient given the business of the day. I saw Dr. Fadov who was kind, personable, friendly, and considerate. He took time to get to know me in our short visit and had me out the door within 10 minutes. The pharmacy is right in the building and is easily accessible if given a prescription from the doctor. Overall this is probably the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve had in Windsor-Essex. Only downside is the long wait, but at least it’s faster than the hours you could spend at the ER.

Worst experience waiting here, came at 8:59 am and were told that doctor will see in 1.5 hours and it's been almost 3 hours 11:55 am and 5 mins to clinic closing time until now doctor did not see us. Not sure why we were pushed back and patients came after us went ahead of us. It's becoming difficult to live in Canada when people are sick because of this doctor things. No doctors, if doctor available no time for them to see patients, no courtesy, no proper wait time, emergencies are flooded, urgent cares are neglecting patients, phone call appointments have painfully long wait list too. Not sure how God is gonna save us from this situation. Not sure who is going to take care of this thing in this country.
