Bayshore Home Health

We have been using Home Care from Bayshore for more than 4 months, and we could not have asked for better service. Hena, Jody and Ian, as well as our amazing Home Care provider Jennifer, are always on hand to answer questions, provide suggestions and much needed respite/support for my Mom. Because of their service we are able to keep Mom at home, safe and happy. Hena, Jody and Ian always respond quickly and provide such friendly service. Jennifer is absolutely amazing with Mom. Jennifer is very kind, calm, patient and caring, which is exactly what we need for Mom's care. It is unfortunate that I could not give them 5 stars, as I have had ongoing challenges with their main office's billing procedures. Which, I know that the team here in PEI are working to get fixed. If you live in PEI, and are looking for Home Care Assistance, I would highly recommend the PEI team.

I am unable to help my mom as easily as I would like to because we live in different provinces. It has been a God-send having Bayshore Home Health (in particular Ian) there to assist my mother, who is a senior with several medical needs. I have been able to secure companionship to and from medical appointments and have been able to navigate the complex medical system thanks to Ian and the Bayshore Home Health team. The staff at Bayshore have always assisted us when and however my mom has needed. I highly recommend their service.
