This was our first time building a custom home and we really enjoyed working with Bayshore Construction. Rob has a lot of experience building in the Parksville Qualicum area and his knowledge of local permits is extensive. Selena, the designer, is a joy to work with and her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. Rob has created a team of professional and knowledgeable people who take care of everything from excavation to final finishing. The sub trades he hires are pleasant to work with and are very skilled. Bayshore Construction created a beautiful house that lived up to our dreams.

After much consideration, my wife and I decided to have a house built for us. We thought it would be unaffordable, but after an interview with Rob of Bayshore Construction, we found it to be less expensive than buying an older house. The house they built for us is perfect. It has beautiful colors and finishings, chosen by Selena for us. The landscaping was included and is both beautiful and lower maintenance. The construction was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We cannot recommend Bayshore Construction highly enough.
