I do customer service for a living, so my standards are very high on what I consider good customer service. Bayou State Roofing was absolutely outstanding from the beginning of the process to the very end. Matt and the staff there down to the wonderful crew that installed our roof. Everyone was professional and courteous, they take the extra time to make sure you understand the process and they are there every step of the way. I could not be any more impressed with the job they did and the workmanship of their roofing crews is next to none. They don’t cut corners like a lot of roofing companies out there, you need one you can trust and will do you right and that’s exactly what you have in Bayou State Roofing. Their pricing was cheaper than the many roofing companies that came out in our neighborhood which kind of blows my mind because so many of my neighbors had nightmare experiences with the roofing companies they selected, I had zero issues and paid less I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know that needs roof work. Do yourself a favor and hire them and save the headache and money.

Bayou did a roof replacement on our house in 2021, and did a fantastic job. We unfortunately had two other roof incidents due to limbs since the roof was replaced. What made these unfortunate situations tolerable was Matt’s expertise and willingness to help. He sent someone out in less than a day to do the first repair, a few shingles and some flashing. The second repair after we had our entire tree cut down, and with impending rain due in less than 24 hours, Matt was able to have our damaged shingles and flat roof repaired in no time (On a Sunday!!!). Looks like we have found our roof company for life. It’s an easy call, easy to work with, and I feel like a priority.
