Dr Ross and her team are very professional, warm and welcoming. Even the billing department was kind and courteous. I felt fragile after my rotator cuff and bicep repair. The staff was always encouraging and thoughtful with their approach. The “Limber” app was a nice feature / resource offered. So easy to use and assured proper technique when I was at home. I am thankfully back to cycling and kayaking!
