If I were able to provide a rating of ten stars, I certainly would. I had reserved a parking space for my car, as I was about to embark on a vacation. Unfortunately, upon attempting to park, my car encountered difficulty due to the ramp's incline. Given my urgent need to reach the airport, I promptly contacted the manager, who arrived within ten minutes. Despite our efforts, the car remained stuck. The manager then requested a brief two minutes, and he promptly assigned me a different parking space, allowing us to safely park my vehicle. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to arrive at the airport on schedule. I extend my sincere appreciation to the manager for his exceptional support.

The staff was very informative and helpful, patiently explaining policies and our contract. The facility is clean and well maintained. We had a small concern, which was addressed and solved promptly. I would rely on the Saskatoon facility in the future if needed. When we were finished with our rental, the cancelation process was seamless.

This facility looks well taken care of. Stephanie is great to deal with. She is professional, friendly and I didn’t have to ask any questions because she fully explains everything. Stephanie also took the time to show me more than one storage unit! Definitely a good experience !
