This walk in should be closed down or at least have the doctor. The male doctor is awful. He thinks he knows better than specialized doctors. RED FLAG. I would go to emerge then come back here. He should not have his license. He does not provide any assistance only tells you your previous doctor or family doctor is wrong and then say he can’t do anything for you. Useless.

I had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. As a nurse injector, I ordered a numbing cream; however, the consistency was not what I expected. Maria and her team were very proactive in addressing my concerns. They worked diligently to achieve the best consistency and promptly replied to my emails with great care. From now on, I will always use this pharmacy.

I had an appointment booked for 2:20pm, I had arrived early so I spoke with the receptionist working on Wednesday August 13th during the day. She told me to sit down, didn’t ask any further questions. 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment she asked if I had checked in on the iPad which she neglected to say at the start. Once I checked in she told me that the service I needed of a TB test wasn’t provided by the doctor in office. After waiting an hour I canceled my appointment and walked out. Had I been told to check in at this appointment it would have saved me much time. The receptionist was not apologetic of this error or very helpful. First and last time at this clinic for sure.

IDA was so competent and easy to work with. I am from out of province and needed my prescriptions transferred, it was a much easier process than expected. Absolutely a 5 star pharmacy.
