Thee most professional buying experience I've "EVER" experienced! These guys are the real deal! They know their product, dress exceptionally well & educated me on things that deal with a bathroom that I'd never imagined! I was going to get a few quotes, but decided why bother. The experience was first class & I didn't want to risk the time or hassle to find that kind of customer service that I know is almost non existent in sales worst yet home-improvement sales! I rate this company a 10! Ask for Mr. Haywood everybody knows him simply as "Q." I believe he's the finance director of the company. He made me feel as if I was dealing with a friend/relative rather than a SLEEZY SALESMAN!

BUYER BEWARE. Sold product very well. Took 4 months before install started, we had to tell contractors what we wanted then 3rd day of install Dan came to house to communicate with contractors what was suppose to go on. We were told it would be a 10 day install ( no problem) BUT her we are on Day 15 (with no end in sight) and Dan calls to say he needs the contractor to change a hot water heater at Bath Planet (a RENTED building) but Contractor told us he replaced it last Thursday. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Now the contractor is great and has done wonderful work. Should have just used him and NOT bath planet
