We had the pleasure of working with Kaylee and her team at Bask Events for our wedding. We could not be happier with our experience and are so thankful that we hired Kaylee as our month-of coordinator! Our wedding was by no means easy to coordinate, with a large guest count of 240 people, three different venues, several vendors, and a large wedding party and family to keep organized throughout the day. Bask Events handled it with ease! From the very beginning, Kaylee was responsive, professional, and incredibly organized. When Kaylee officially stepped in the month before our wedding, we felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. She communicated with all the vendors to advise them that she was the main point of contact and to coordinate the very detailed day-of schedule. She also quickly pivoted and organized alternative plans when one of our vendors was unresponsive. She has a magical way of making a stressful situation calm by being solution orientated. On the wedding day, Kaylee and her team brought our vision to life with the set-up and decorations at both Summerhill Pyramid Winery (ceremony) and the Laurel Packing House (reception). The day ran smoothly and according to the schedule! We had several guests compliment her professionalism and attention to detail. She was constantly on the lookout to keep things running smoothly. We were able to truly enjoy the day, knowing that we were in great hands with Bask Events. We are so grateful to Kaylee and her team for making our wedding day unforgettable.
