I just spoke to the girl who answered the phone…She declined to give her name. She was very rude and quite hostile on the phone. I reached out to get with Ben regarding some Contract renewal stuff for their electricity before their expiration date … She was extremely unhelpful, entitled and very unprofessional. I suspect it’s probably the same woman that the other two complaints are about. She is not a controller/ gm / or decision-maker. I could tell by the tone of the call. She took it as it to be a normal sales call, which it is not… And I will be reaching out to Ben to let him know how unprofessional his employee or associate is. Very disgusting behavior and no need to slam the phone down on people. We are all business professionals and we should treat each other in kind. She is not good for business. Regardless of who she is or isn’t.

I’ve used Basin Graphics for a few years, never had any problems. Happy with the prices and such. This year I reordered some uniforms for a youth soccer team and was told that they wouldn’t be able to complete it by our first game. I pushed, and they said they’d see what they could do. They got it done. Upon pickup I learned that members of the team had worked overtime through Labor Day weekend to knock out all of their orders. I felt a little guilty, but also impressed by their productivity and willingness to get the job done. They probably deserved 5 stars before today’s job, now they certainly do.
