Had an unfortunate day losing our keys while out, with all spare keys locked inside the house. We contacted 247 London Locksmith and Lukas responded immediately. He provided a clear, upfront price quotation and an impressively short arrival time. True to his word, he arrived within 15 minutes at 8:30pm. Lukas was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. He managed to pick the lock without drilling, which meant no damage and lower costs. Because no lock replacement was needed, the final price was actually slightly less than the original quotation. We were given the option to change the locks but appreciated having the choice rather than being pressured. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Lukas to others. Thank you!
