We recently went to Scott Barbur and his team for an estate plan. We were beyond thrilled as we had many questions related to how to split things up for our large family and now growing family with grandkids. Scott and his team were very thorough and detail oriented with our assets and property. They understood what we wanted to accomplish and were able to express that all in writing, plainly and clearly in a way that was very compartmentalized, which is what we wanted. The best part, we can go back anytime for tweaks, updates, and changes and we know that our family estate and trust are taken care of. Most importantly, we know our family will be protected from all the government taxes and fees that can ensue when people do not have an estate plan in place at the time of something bad happening.
