Best barbershop in the City, the barbers are professional, skilled and consistent. Fox, Karyn, Angela and anyone else who cuts your hair will do the perfect job of any haircut you ask for. It is my go-to place anytime I have an interview, an event or just need to look my best, knowing I can rely on them.

Walking into this place I had hair to my shoulders, first thing I say is, “keep the length”. Walk out with a female bob cut, unimpressed is an understatement. Those were her own words who cut my hair! Let me tell you about my experience, get a glass of red and read, have some joy in my pain because I’m sat here depressed and hope writing this will some way make me feel some what better after what I have to now live with. They face you away from the mirror to avoid you seeing how bad the cuts are, I was facing someone get a cut and that’s when alarm bells rang, the cut was horrendous. I showed pictures and examples of what I wanted to be styled as. I asked why I couldn’t see the cut, she advised because the mirrors are for them and not us, I explained, if you can’t see my face how do you know the cuts correct or symmetrical, she didn’t once look at me, just from behind and sides. My hair is odd lengths from front, side, top and back. I walked in with it tied in a pony tail, looking to cut the ends, a tidy up. I have have patches of long and short hair with the front not even being touched. The person who offered to “fix” my cut and owner, literally watched her demolish a guys cut in-front of me, poor guys fade was all over the place and she was too busy explaining why she’s so happy she’s single and no longer has to pick up dirty socks to concentrate on her job and cut someone’s hair. I appreciated the apology for ruining my hair, but I have to put this REAL review because, this is unacceptable, when you offer to cut someone’s hair, it’s important to them. It may be a 1hr cut for you, but I have to live with this. We pay good money for a cut, best you can do is at-least try. Be very careful before trusting anyone here with your hair, l watched others come in and just get some of the worse cuts ever, pay and be ushered out, you are better off finding a better Barbour than this place. I’m 34, I’ve had every hair cut you can imagine, I have excellent hair and get complimented on it whenever I do get a cut; even today. I grow out fast and get regular trims, from fades to pony tails, this has to be the worse excuse for a mens barbers I have ever visited. Only reason I’ll give it one star is because I have to and the dog, Guinness was beautiful otherwise, shocking Added a before and after and example of different length of hair to prove, I had shoulder length hair and the difference in length of my hair

I have been going to Karyn now for well over 10 years for my hair cuts. Even when I lived abroad for two years, I always tried to make it back to get her to cut my hair. She is excellent as a barber, but also just a really good and genuine person. It's always a pleasure to go and get my hair cut. Also, the barber shop overall, and its owner Angela, are fantastic. The vibes are great. Everyone is welcome. 10/10 would always recommend.
