Denny was difficult to reach during important moments, and several errors were made — including forgetting to include the purchase date on the agreement. After months of minimal communication, we were surprised to receive an inflated invoice based on hourly charges that had never been discussed or agreed to. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability from this firm is unacceptable. We are now proceeding with both a taxation of legal fees and a formal complaint with the Law Society of Alberta for review.
