Jess is a rare find! I had been looking for a coach to help get me back on track and I am so grateful I found her. Her background in physiotherapy is a great asset and she provides wholistic care. I’ve learned so much from her and see this as more than a fitness journey, it’s a lifestyle.
I've been training with Jess for almost 8 years now. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness and is great at creating workout routines to meet your goals/needs/preferences. Jess and Dan's space is newly renovated, always clean, and will make anyone feel welcome - no matter what their fitness level is.
Best decision I ever made! I was nervous at first kept thinking I was weak and out of shape but Jessica made me feel so comfortable and confident. I ve joined gyms before and just waisted money. Having a personal trainer holds you accountable and you will be thankful later I am literally addicted to working out now. The gym is beautiful, private and clean. I 100% recommend Bar None if your thinking about getting fit. They are amazing! FYI I am also wearing crop tops now !!
Trying to make positive changes in your life? First you will need the right coach and a plan. Bar None Fitness has helped me do that over the last year. Dan has created a variety of fitness routines and meal plan suggestions to help me to break the stigma and excuses that I have been providing myself for years by making it fun, safe and educational. I found going to a large corporate gym was uncomfortable, dirty and very distracting. Bar None is private, clean and super functional. Mostly, I am truly grateful for the constant encouragement and find it is just as much about positive mental support/realignment as it is about pushing weight and eating right.
