Inside was a bit of a mess, but food's really good and decently priced for the amount you get. Service is friendly, but can take a bit of effort to get the ones taking the orders to understand what you're saying. For example, I asked for an iced boba tea for my drink since they have pictures of it displayed in their establishment, and they didn't understand what I was talking about so I had to point to the pictures. Compared to the food, I unfortunately wasn't fond of their boba drink 'cause it tasted too artificial and sweet.

The food is fantastic! Don't listen to people knocking the looks, honestly. They're snobs. The food is godly and the lady who runs it is a delight! You don't sit in to eat anyways, so genuinely, who cares? It's clean judging by the H&S evaluation, and that's the only thing that matters.

We were in town for an event at Sanderson Ctr and walked down here to get takeaway lunch. I had not tried Banh Mi before so the lady working helped us pick and made a delicious grilled/BBQ pork combo. It was perfect. Fresh bread, tasty toppings. So good. Like getting lunch from a home kitchen. Also got a delicious mango boba. I will definitely go back here next time I am in the area. Note that payment is cash only.
