Hopefully someone sees this before the company deletes the review: I hired B & Bowas cleaning services. They gave me a detailed quote of what would be completed, and then proceeded to do basically 10% of it. After the service- they asked me if I was satisfied and because I didnt think to deeply check their work or insult them, I said it appeared well and I was impressed with how fast they worked. After they (and other hired help ) left, I was in the home to find the baseboards still extensively dirty when I was trying to paint them. Then It was the window sills full of dust & grime. Once I found a few more areas of concern I stopped what I was doing and had to start cleaning. EVERYTHING. Because a deep clean was absolutely not done. They had even brought in an additional cleaner and I can honestlylu say I have no idea what they were doing cause this was so far from clean. I took photos & videos and called the company. They said they wanted to come back the next day and “try again”. I initially agreed until my painters were set to come in that morning and obviously needed a clean house to do so. So I spent over 7 hours cleaning the main floor of this house, and took photos as I went to send to the cleaners. After this, not only did the company raise their voice at me & speak very rudely to me, but, they also got upset for me cancelling the clean (which also… why do I need to Make more time for you to come do a job that should have been done the first time?) After a long dispute, the company did accept my photos and waive the fee. BUT. 24 hours later are harassing me on facebook, accusing me of my pictures being “before” pictures, as the cleaners took photos of completed rooms (which again, the room as a whole looked tidy). The detailed quote included a deep clean of: walls, cupboards, floors, light fixtures, bathrooms, windows etc. the ONLY thing that was clean to standard was the fridge. And even then- the top was not wiped off. Ill never hire this company or recommend again. Below are photos of what they called clean. Again, this was AFTER they cleaned. My photos are all time stamped after the cleansers time in my home.

We used B&Bowa's Cleaning Services for a move out clean. I was able to book relatively last minute and they were able to fit me in. Pascal the owner is a very responsive and timely communicator in scheduling and ensuring satisfaction. The quality of the clean was excellent and I'm sure the new owners were very appreciative to be able to move into a freshly professionally cleaned home. I would highly recommend their services!
