Garrett and Dustin assessed my roof less than six weeks ago. Two days after that, they met with the insurance adjuster and handled the entire process with the claim. Three days ago (8/12/24), Garrett’s crew removed all the old roofing materials and replaced everything in less than 8 hours (and my house has 3250 sq ft of roof with high pitches) and cleaned up everything and carefully checked for nails with magnetic tools before leaving. My beautiful new roof is the only indication that they were ever here! I have dealt with other local roofing companies in the past and I’ll just say this: the experience I had with B&A is FAR superior from the beginning to the finish! I am super happy that they now have an office right here in Meridian! I am particular about who I trust when it comes to my home but I am SO glad that Garrett and Dustin stopped by to leave a business card that day! They are genuinely kind and professional, did a thorough exam of my roof and took pictures to show their findings free of charge, and not once did I feel pressured or intimidated! My experience with B&A Roofing was great. They did a wonderful job on my roof replacement and took care of minor details, as my home is over 68 years old. Nine workers arrived early and on time. The old shingles were removed and the new roof replaced in 8 hours. My onsite Manager, Kyle Grainger, went out of his way to insure that my Insurance Company received the necessary information so that I would receive the correct compensation. I highly recommend this company.

We had our roof inspected by an insurance person, he told us our roof was fine. We had B & A Roofing come out the next week to inspect. Our roof had an indentation in it along with other things. B & A took photos and submitted them. Our roof was instantly approved for replacement. The roof was replaced in a day--impeccable job. Along with 9 sheets of plywood and some rafters. There was nothing, nothing on the ground. The team was courteous, kind and very respectful. Michael accomplished this for us, being 75, we really appreciated the time, entergy, and professionalism.
