My husband and I have been attending the Restorative Yoga classes. We are both fairly new to yoga. This class is a great intro. We are able to learn simple yoga steps that help us meditate and de-stress. Our instructor does a fantastic job with making us feel welcomed and at ease.

Absolutely amazing studio! The place is clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. Staff members are always so friendly and warm. There’s always something going on. From workshops, pop-up classes, volunteer work, aerial-yoga, massages, etc! You name it. This place truly cares for its members and community. I would recommend everyone who lives in the neighborhood to check it out. You won’t regret it!
