Andy GI scheduled this spring maintenance for my air conditioner unit for an appointment on Thursday afternoon yesterday, Wednesday. I was called and texted if the technician could come out at noon, to which I agreed. Brian and his apprentice showed up on time. Brian was very professional and provided the process for servicing my air conditioning unit. This maintenance checkup is covered with no charge, along with electrical, plumbing, and fall furnace maintenance checks as part of the Baker Brothers Family plan. I am very pleased and highly recommend Baker Brothers' services and the Family plan .
Janice OdenI’ve used Baker Brothers in the past for small jobs. Yesterday, I came home to a front yard full of water. I panic! First company I called Baker Brothers. The young lady was patient with me and reassured me that a plumber would be at my house first thing in the morning. Today, Oscar showed up at 9:00am…left my house at 3:45pm. Oscar kept me abreast of everything, including cost. He was drenched in mud all day. What impressed me the most (besides the service, professionalism, pleasant attitude, etc.), Oscar cleaned up everything, including the mud on the bricks. Baker Brothers - my go to for everything plumbing and electric!!!
