Flavia's Stunden verlässt man voller Energie. Sie hat eine authentische, wundervolle Art zu unterrichten und ihre langjährige Tanz-und Movement Erfahrung weiterzugeben. Ihre Musikauswahl in den Groove Sessions sowie im Afro sind on point. Schon nur das bringt einen zum Tanzen. Die kreativen Choreos legen noch eins drauf. Es ist nicht nur eine Zweckgemeinschaft, der Vibe mit allen Mädels ist super, auch ausserhalb der Stunden. Es dürften ruhig noch mehr Jungs/Männer mit uns viben. :-)

Jeder von uns kennt das: Der Montag war echt schlimm, man ist müde und möchte zu Hause nur noch auf die Couch fallen und die Augen schliessen. Aber egal was war, Streetdance mit Flavia lässt dich alles vergessen! Die Sorgen des Alltages und all die Forderungen werden bedeutungslos, denn wir dürfen sein, wer wir wirklich sind :D Jeder hat seine Moves, jeder fühlt sich akzeptiert und wohl. Wir bekommen tolle Einblicke in die Geschichte des Streetdances und erleben die Stimmung hautnah mit. Alles ist dabei: vom Stretching bis zum Workout, von der Basic bis zur Choreo. All das in einer Stunde und in Anwesenheit von tollen Leuten und einer angaschierten, begeisterungsfähigen Tanzlehrerin!

Flavia is an inspiring, empathetic, and thoughtful dance teacher with infectious enthusiasm. Her classes are one of the most inclusive environments I have experienced: she is able to make the class fun and enriching for dancers at any level, and creates a warm and supportive community in which newcomers can quickly feel welcomed. The way she structures her class (starting with a warm-up dance, followed by a quick work-out, and then finally working on a specific choreography) works very well. She is also creative and quick-on-her-feet while teaching the class, and can adapt to the needs and the vibe of the class that day. Her choreos are incredibly fun and seem to be a good fit for different levels of dancing experience. She always includes different signature African dance moves, and introduces them in different variations, which I think helps a lot with gaining muscle-memory. She is very observant and individually helps every person in the classroom. And as a cherry-on-top, she is a great DJ! You might get the opportunity to dance some of the choreographies you learned in her class at one of the events she DJs for! These classes are wonderful not just for dancing but also for making wonderful new memories, and - of course - friends!
