Marie HealyOrdered an outfit worth almost £100 says it was delivered to a neighbours house when I contacted I was accused of having the parcel myself? Then they told me to leave it with them so they can resolve it with the post office that was 3 months ago and when I have contacted them about it, she has had a terrible attitude. I have contacted trading standards as I am now out of pocket and they couldn't seem to care less.... avoid at all costs.
Lauren MPlaced an order over two weeks ago for 3-5 day delivery. Still haven’t received it or any form of contact confirming dispatch/ tracking etc. Contacted them via email on several occasions they are unresponsive on most occasions. Have now come back to me 5 days ago to say that my order was delivered almost two weeks ago and they will provide proof within 24 hours but I have not received anything of the sort and they are now ignoring my emails again. Avoid at all costs
Susitha HernujanI should have read some of the reviews here before placing an order. Awful customer service!! AVOID! AVOID!!! Long story short, I placed an order early December 2020, I received the wrong product and they asked me to send it back promising that they would refund me the postage fee. After going back and forth, I didn't receive the correct order and eventually I asked for a refund as they were just giving me false information each time I contacted them. Oh my, the refund was another story. I was promised that I will receive my refund and a text confirmation. I did not receive anything! and no communication at all. They won't bother contacting you at all!! I mean why would they if they are gaining money by ripping people off. I then decided contact them via Facebook and told them that I was going to publish my complaint and report them to the trading standards. Only after that, a lovely lady who manages the social media agreed to help me get my money back. I finally got my money back after 2 months of given a run around. I gave up on chasing them for my postage fee (I paid for a recorded delivery), I still haven't received my money. All I would say is AVOID this store at all cost.
