I really found a gem when I discovered PCHELP! A couple of weeks ago, I called and spoke to Jeremy regarding a Bit locker issue with my laptop and asked if it could be repaired. He suggested that I bring it in so that he could look at it and determine if it was able to be repaired. I took two laptops in that same day, the one that was completely locked due to a Bit locker issue and the other, a Chromebook that was having numerous issues. Jeremy suggested that I leave them and he would contact me with his findings before doing any work, which he did, and I agreed to have them repaired. By that same afternoon, he called again to say that he had both laptops ready to be picked up! I use one for work so needless to say, I was thrilled. Jeremy is amazing. He identified the problems and quickly went to work resolving all the issues in a very timely and cost effective manner. The service at PCHELP is outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. I am happy to know that I now have a reliable, top-notch source for any of my computer related needs. Thank you, Jeremy, I appreciate your expertise and excellent customer service. I will highly recommend you and your company to anyone in need of computer repairs.

My friends spilled a drink on my laptop after we watched a movie. It was fried; I'm on Social Security and no savings. I'd been to PC HELP before and they fixed me up right then and didn't charge me (I hadn't tried to reboot. Stupid!) I took the dead laptop in and the next day Jeremy had rescued ALL of my files! He sold me another laptop (better than the one I'd had) also with a DVD player and transferred all my files. It was FAST!! Then he charged me only the agreed price on the laptop plus tax, not charging me for the file recovery. What a Godsend! These folks have been in business 15 years here in Cartersville and they run their business the oldfashioned way: They EARN it!
