This place is amazing, I get my massages here by Vlad. He is THE BEST. I have been to a lot of massage places in the area and he is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. The staff are very friendly. They have crackers and wine while you are waiting. The whole place is a great experience. I’ve never tried the other services but plan to. Ask for Vlad!

I received a massage and my therapist, Natsumi, did an amazing job. Her hands are a godsend! She's very meticulous and professional. She took her time and concentrated on areas I requested with special attention be paid, while also keeping me engaged and comfortable. Natsumi is the best massage therapist I have ever met. She does a wonderful job of deep tissue massage while also doing it with the utmost care, as opposed to total brute force. I am thrilled to have found Natsumi and look forward to my next appointment with this talented therapist. If you need a massage therapist, I would HIGHLY recommend Natsumi!! She's the real deal!

I have received multiple services from Nicole to include Botox and laser hair removal. She is amazing. Ive tried laser hair removal previously and found it to be extremely painful. Nicole made it virtually pain free by using multiple techniques. I couldn’t believe the difference in the pain levels and how well she listened to my concerns. She also used a different technique for where she placed my Botox and the results were the best I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about you.

Uh oh Don’t

Drove 90mins for a bamboo massage as advertised with photography on website, booked on phone asking to book said service. Placed deposit. Upon arrival, "we don't offer bamboo massage but will offer a deep tissue/stone" having driven so far I reluctantly accepted. 5 minutes into service...I STOPPED SERVICE!..Multiple interruptions, cold stones, cold rooms, and my feet were apparently storage to hold everything. The massage I began receiving was horrible and kept getting interrupted ...I stopped massage immediately. When expressing dissatisfaction, was told I'd be charged in full as I booked the service (which was not offered!). Can't reach spa manager for days. Disputed with credit card! Bait and switch! Stay away!
