Bought a 2025 ram. Great salesman he did great job super nice kid very. The truck just wasn’t ready to be sold. They missed up the finance stuff for the tag and tile and wasn’t a big deal just off about $1,000 I ended up just eating it cause my sales guy was so good. I drove the truck a day and had the oil light come on saying take to service immediately. Had to take off work the next day to get an oil change on a new truck. Day 2 I go to start the truck and the battery is dead. Called dealership and they said very common in the 2025 rams but I’d have to bring it in. Jump starters won’t work so now it’s being towed to a dealership on my dime. Pretty poor service department to let a kid sell a truck that wasn’t ready for the road. Now I’m out 3 days of work. I edited to add some photos showing the 10 day paper tag on the tow truck.
