Bought quite a few things over the years and everything has broke with in a a year bought a Gucci link bracelet broke in about a week bought a thicker Cuban bracelet had it for maybe a year bought 2 pairs of earrings first pair the back fell off and the earring fell out so I got Diamond hoops after about the second time my wife wore them one of them wouldn’t close bought a engagement ring the same stone fell out 3 times when I went to get it fixed they blamed my wife says that she’s to rough with it and wears it to much (first off it’s an engagement ring what else are you supposed to do not wear it and just have it on display in your room you buy jewelry to wear it not to have it laying around collecting dust).. also we just had a baby so i don’t know rough she can be with it, apparently there’s no chance they do crap work and don’t no how to properly set stones…the amount of broken jewelry I have says otherwise and they also charged me for each repair theyre stingy and rude they may have good deals but it doesn’t last your better off paying the extra and going somewhere else all this was with in a year I have now learned my lesson I will not be returning if I could 0 stars

After I bought jewellery from award jewelry, I never went to anyone else. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the gold and diamonds is definitely a 10/10. I’m always very happy with the pieces that I buy, and all of the staff accommodates me so well! I cannot wait for them to make my custom piece! Thank you again!

Bought an iced 14k necklace and diamond M pendant last Nov 2024 and now a diamond earrings. All are very gorgeous and stunning. Very happy with my purchase. I love it! Will definitely buy again to add to my collection.
