2025 April, my experience with my Aviva Claims Representatives was very good. I highly recommend Aviva as a car insurance company. They went to great extra lengths to listen and respond and to take care of me. I feel it's very rare for a company rep. to tell you that they're going to take care of your problem, and that you can hear the sincerity in their voice, and then they actually follow through and do take great care of you. So I'm very happy with their great service during a very stressful time. Am I happy with the money I got? Is anybody ever happy with the amount they got? Do I wish I got more? Sure. But I think their system was fair enough. Also the business of emailing docs and signing docs online, and all the instructions was very clear. Sometimes it was my fault for not following instructions that were there clearly in the email and I just wasn't reading carefully enough. Super and deadly efficient. 💯
